Contract: Fixed term contract – 2 years
Hours: Part time 22.5 hours p/w
Salary: £22,212 pro rata
Closing date: 21/4/17 at 5pm

Our Welfare Rights Project has an excellent track record in Salford and we need a new person to join our team. You will provide a comprehensive welfare benefits and debt counselling/household budgeting service to clients with mental health issues, focusing on outreach at food banks and housing associations and other agencies within the city.
If you are intelligent, sensitive to the needs of people with mental health difficulties, committed to supporting and promoting their rights and have excellent written and verbal skills, then we would like to hear from you.
This job works with vulnerable adults and requires an enhanced disclosure under the Disclosure and Barring Service checks of criminal background. We also require at least 1 years’ experience of advising in this sector and references that are satisfactory to us.
