Resilience Hour & Bespoke Courses

Our resilience sessions teach practical techniques that support participants to improve resilience, reduce stress and anxiety, create better sleeping patterns and improve mood. Our training team can also work with you to develop a bespoke course to fulfill your needs.

There are some key dates across the year that provide good opportunities to start the conversation around mental health.

They also offer a great chance to tackle stigma and discrimination and to take time to consider how to support your own wellbeing.
