Our Mind in Salford YouTube channel has lots of useful video resources that you can access anytime, anywhere. These videos are a mix of mindfulness practices, information videos on topics such as anxiety and stress, and campaign messages that talk about who we are and what we do.

Our small, day to day activities can have a big impact on our wellbeing, and can be a key way to stay both physically and mentally active, one of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. Taking care of ourselves is important, and we hope to help people do this as part of our mission to have a positive impact on local people's mental health and wellbeing.
