Fundraising

We’re a small organisation and we don’t have huge resources or a large income. We work hard for funds – and we need your help!

We rely on donations and fundraising to help fund the innovative work that we do supporting people in the community with mental health issues and fighting discrimination. We’re here to help people live life to the full, and our work wouldn't be possible without you.

We'd love to hear your fundraising ideas and will do all we can to support you. Please email fundraising@mindinsalford.org.uk or call 0161 710 1070 to discuss your ideas.

Move in May for Mental Health 2024!

Move in May for Mental Health 2024!

Move in May for Mental Health is here! Our brand-new movement campaign for 2024.

From the 13th-19th of May, it’s Mental Health Awareness Week and we wanted to do things differently this year. Across the month of May we are encouraging our community to set up their own virtual movement challenge.

Physical movement, in whatever form, has a direct impact on boosting our mood and protecting our mental health. As it’s 2024, can you walk for 24 minutes a day, in May? Or cycle 24 miles? Swim 24 lengths? Practice yoga for 2hrs40 across the month?

Challenge yourself and help to raise vital funds for our mental health services! Create your campaign page today: https://www.justgiving.com/campaign/moveinmay2024
