Mind in Salford has been running Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses since 2011, with very positive results. Participants have reported dramatic reductions in their stress levels, better sleeping patterns, reduced anxiety and improved mood. You can find out more about our community mindfulness courses here.
We also provide one hour Mindfulness Taster Sessions for workplaces and community organisations.
