Staying Connected and Well This Festive Season

The festive season may for many of us be a difficult end to what has been a difficult year.

We may be celebrating in a different way to normal, without some of the usual places, people, or events, or we may not be celebrating at all. This time of year can be tricky, even without the pandemic. That is why it is more important than ever to stay connected in order to stay healthy and well.

To help support you over this period we have put together a short guide to staying well and connected over the coming weeks while things might feel tough, that you can read below.

Talking about Mental Health

Talking about mental health can feel daunting, but it doesn’t have to be. That’s why we’ve put together a helpful guide to talking to others about mental health, and how to support them in a way that works for you both.

Mindfulness practices are a great way to regulate your wellbeing and boost feelings of positivity. These videos are designed to help you relax and provide an introduction to some guided mindfulness practices. You can also download our ‘Everyday Mindfulness in 5 Steps’ guide below.

Training and Guidance

These training videos are designed to provide you with some helpful information around mental health for everyday life.

Week of Self Kindness

We hosted a week of self kindness for Mental Health Awareness Week this year, focusing on how we can look after and take care of ourselves, particularly during difficult times such as those we are experiencing. You can watch all the videos from the week below.
